Talented folks are a major resource in our line of work. This is why we are always looking for really good people -- creative, talented, passionate persons. Writers. Artists. People who think in new ways and who want to entertain the world. Could you be one of them? Most of those who contact us are interested in game design, writing or illustrating. We have full-time writers, illustrators and designers on staff, and we also work with freelancers. What we are looking for? Professional, serious and dedicated workers who'll listen to criticism and won't be afraid to go the extra mile to make their work extra special. We value people who are passionate in their endeavors. Naturally, the skills we look for in a new employee depend on the exact job to be done. And that is the keyword, job. Despite being a game publisher, we don't play games all day; a lot of the tasks that we do are either administrative or repetive in nature. There are some really fun moments, but the grunt work needs to be done as well, and within deadlines. The latters are particularly critical -- if the work is late, it makes customers angry, it makes retailers angry, and it makes our accountant angry. We don't work with people who make our accountant angry. We always look for experience when making a hiring decision. While we're not likely to hire anyone, for any creative position, unless they have experience either with some other company or as a (successful) freelancer, we do make exceptions if you can prove you can do the job exceptionally well -- but be prepared to be met with a sceptical eye. All potential employee and freelancer must be computer-literate and have regular access to the Internet. No exceptions allowed.
