Dream Pod 9 is made up of a dedicated permanent crew, plus a variable number of employees and occasional freelancers. Unlike most other companies, the crew of DP9 is multi-functional: each person has its own tasks to accomplish, but knows enough of the others' jobs to work in any function deemed necessary. Because of this high level of cross-training, DP9 has proven very flexible and adept at reacting to outside conditions while still turning out first rate products. You will notice that no one is specifically credited for the actual material development. That is because all DP9 personnel take part in the design of the products, bringing their contribution to the whole to make the final product that much better. Robert Dubois, Administration, Licensing Manager, & WebmasterRobert Dubois shoulders much of the management duties for Dream Pod 9 and the website updates. Makes sure that orders are properly processed and on their way to customers as soon as possible. Additionally, as Licensing Manager, he manages the licensing process for the various properties created and marketed by Dream Pod 9. He can be reached at his DP9 account (rdubois@dp9.com).
