M12A1/M12A2 Longstreet
The M12 Longstreet Armored Walker was one of the main American walker combat unit for the first half of the Second World War. Slower but sturdier than the lighter M11 Early, it was deployed on all fronts from North Africa to the beaches of the Pacific theater. The Longstreet A1 shown at right is wearing the standard olive drab color and markings of a US Army unit. This high-quality 15 mm wargame scale (~1/100 scale) pewter kit includes parts for both A1 and A2 variants, along with a separate machinegun, hatch and optional commander figure.
