Online Ordering and
Mail Order Information

If you can't get our product from your local retailer, you always have the option of ordering straight from us. There are several ways that this can be done, namely by mail, online, by fax or by telephone. As the Canadian and US Dollars are now at par we will now just charge the US price as Canadian Dollars when processing credit card sales, in effect all prices on the online store are now in Canadian Dollars. Orders will usually take about 1 week to arrive in the continental US and Canada once shipped. Allow 2-3 weeks for International orders once shipped (if the International order weights more than 2kg it is shipped by surface mail that taked from 4 to 6 weeks).

Note, we have changed our weekly shipping, we now ship only once a week, on Fridays. All orders are processed as they are received, with Thursday morning being the cutoff time for each Friday shipping. Canadian Orders are shipped using Canada Post's Expedited service which takes a week or less to any where in Canada. US orders are now shipped by US Post's Priority Mail from Up-State New York, which takes 3 business days to anywhere in the Continental USA (so most orders should be there the following Wednesday). International Orders are now shipped by US Post's Airmail Mail from Up-State New York, which takes about 2-3 weeks to anywhere, if the box weights to much (over 2Kg) it maybe be shipped by surface mail, to keep shipping costs down.

Our business hours for phone orders are Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Eastern Time (we are based in Montreal, Canada). Make sure you have your Visa or Mastercard card ready. We will ask you for your name, address, daytime phone number as well as card expiration date. Be patient with us as we will review your order and coordinates at the end of the call. Sorry, no CODs.

Ordering straight from us has never been easier! All you need to do is check out our catalog pages, click on the item(s) you want and fill out the order page.

Please double check that all the items that are listed at the top of the order page are what you want to order. If you need to remove any items or just want to check what you've picked up so far, simply click on the shopping basket icon, which is at the top right of every page of the online catalog. To go to the order form, click on the cash register.

ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT YOU'VE GIVEN US YOUR PHONE NUMBER (WITH AREA CODE) AND AN EMAIL ADDRESS. This is very important since it will allow us to get in touch with you if we need to.

Once you've chosen the items you wanted, you can pay for your order by:

Credit Card: Simply check the credit card box at the bottom of the form. Once you submit the order form, you will be brought to a secure site, where you can send us your credit card information. You will receive a confirmation that we have received your order within twenty-four hours. Alternately, you can always email us your order with the form and call us to give us your credit card number. We can be reached at (514) 523-1350 and ask for Robert or by email rdubois@dp9.com. Make sure you have your Visa or Mastercard ready. You can also fax us your credit card information. Make sure you include your name, credit card number, expiration date and a copy of the order form. Fax the whole thing to (514) 907-8946.

PayPal: Simply check the paypal box at the bottom of the form. Once you submit the order form, you will be taken to the paypal website and their payment page. You will receive a confirmation that we have received your order within twenty-four hours.

Money Order: Simply check the Money Order box at the bottom of the form, print it out, and mail it with your money order (payable to Dream Pod 9, if your using a US Post money order, make sure to get the pink-colored international one) to the address below. Then press the Submit button at the bottom of the page and you will receive a confirmation that we have received your order within twenty-four hours.
