KODIAK COCKPIT DETAIL SET Introduced in the final two cycles of the War of the Alliance, the Kodiak was the sum of Northern engineering, concentrating massive firepower in a mobile package. It was first introduced in Spring of TN 1916, when it was used to good effect against CEF incursions into Northern territories. The machine was controlled by a single pilot sitting in the heavily armored chest cockpit. Modelers can now add a complete interior to their 1/35 scale Kodiak (product number DP9-9001) with the Kodiak Cockpit Detail Set (Now part of the Kodiak Master Grade Kit). This add-on kit contains all the material required to fill the interior of the chest cavity, allowing the model to be displayed with the torso hatches open. All parts are cast in a plastic-like, high quality resin to hold a maximum of details while still remaining easy to work with. Great pains were taken to ensure that the casting of each part is done as cleanly as possible, reducing the modeler's work load and preserving the intricate surface detail. The cockpit set is composed of over 21 individual parts, including a four-piece pilot with an accurate CNCS combat uniform and helmet. Assembly is extremely simple: many parts are joined by coded pins and plugs, ensuring each one fits perfectly in its intended position and nowhere else. Comprehensive and well-illustrated instructions and painting guide are included, leaving no guesswork to the modeler. The result is a finely crafted kit that exactly reproduces the precise engineering detail work that is associated with the popular Heavy Gear® combat machines. SPECIFICATIONS
