Also using the fun artwork to help promote the upcoming Heavy Gear RPG 4th Edition Kickstarter launching this month on Friday April 14th 2023. The goal of the Kickstarter is to fund the writing, final layout, and all the new artwork needed. The 480 page draft layout of the Rulebook currently has 300 spaces for artwork, the more the Kickstarter raises, the more new artwork we plan to get produced for the ebook reward. We’ll also have reward levels for full color softcover or hardcover printed books. Plus the 4th edition will be compatible with existing 1st and 2nd edition HG books. And will give players the ability to bring their 4th Ed RPG characters into Heavy Gear Blitz. Several planned stretch goals include HG RPG adventure ebooks with historical adventures, including the Heavy Gear 1 and 2 computer games. These RPG adventure ebooks will also include playable HGB scenarios for Blitz players as well.
