Dream Pod 9 Attending Cold Wars 2026 Next Week and Our 2026 Convention Plans!
Next week Dream Pod 9 will be attending the Cold Wars 2026 Gaming Convention down in Lancaster, PA, USA at the Wyndham Resort and Convention Center, 2300 E Lincoln Hwy, Lancaster, PA 17602, USA. Taking place from Thursday February 5th thru Sunday February 8th, 2026. DP9 will be running Heavy Gear Blitz demos at our booth during the Exhibit Hall hours (Friday & Saturday 9am to 6pm and Sunday 9am to Noon), see Exhibit Hall map and the Ad we’ll have in the program booklet below. And we’ll also be running a Heavy Gear Blitz Tournament (100 TV Forces) on Friday night from 6pm to Midnight, with 3 rounds and space for 14 players. The DP9 Office will be closed starting this Tuesday Feb. 3rd thru Monday Feb. 9th, 2026 while we are away attending the convention. We’ll be back in the office on the morning of Tuesday Feb. 10th, 2026.
Dream Pod 9 Plans on Attending the following Conventions in 2026:
– Cangames 2026 in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada at the Rideau Curling Club on May 15th thru 17th, 2026.
– Historicon 2026 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA at the Lancaster Convention Center on July 15th thru 19th, 2026.
– Otakuthon 2026 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada at the Palais des Congrès de Montréal on August 7th thru 9th, 2026.
– Fall-In! 2026 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA at the Wyndham Resort and Convention Center on November 6th thru 8th, 2026.
Sadly Dream Pod 9 has canceled our plans to attend Adepticon 2026 this March in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA. Attendance and sales were down in 2025 after the convention moved from Chicago to Milwaukee. Plus increased booth and travel costs for 2026 made the convention unviable for DP9.
