Dream Pod 9 Price Increases Announced for February 14th 2026
Dream Pod 9 price increases are coming on February 14th, 2026. We had managed to keep our prices constant for the last 4 years with our last price increase being back in January 2022. But inflation from our suppliers over the last few years has added up, the biggest issue is the cost of Tin which is the main component of our pewter miniatures. Over the last year the cost of the pewter we use has increased from $21.85 per lbs in January 2025 to $34.21 per lbs in January 2026, which is a 56.5% increase in 1 year. The main factor in the price increase is the construction of AI datacenters that uses a lot of Tin in soldering for their equipment, see the Tin Price Chart for the last 3 years below.
To offset the higher input costs Dream Pod 9 has to increase our prices by spreading out the cost increases over all our products as follows.
- All DP9 pewter miniatures (blisters, bagged, and squad boxes) will increase by 20%
- All DP9 Cast Resin miniatures with and without pewter parts will increase by 10%.
- All DP9 3D Printed Resin Miniatures, Plastic miniature army boxes, 2 Player Starter boxes, and individual Plastic sprues will increase by 5%
- All DP9 Books (new and old), acrylic tokens and token packs, all decal sheets, all dice, and all patches will increase by 5%.
- Our Black Talon 150 TV and Eden 100 TV Starter Force Boxes, which include mainly pewter miniatures and 1 cast Resin miniature each will increase by 15%.
