Its available now for free download on the Drive Thru RPG website at the following link.

Plus at the end of the updated Jovian Wars Miniatures Assembly Guide we announced that our next Jovian Wars Kickstarter will be Mercury and Mars forces, tentatively planned for late 2019.

Just a quick update today to let everyone know that we have started shipping out the first Venus Kickstarter Backer reward packages this week. We took photos (below) of a few US Backer packages that were mailed out today by US Post. We’ll be mailing out a few more the end of this week to some of our Canadian Backers. We expected to get all the Backer reward packages shipped over the next 5 weeks, as fast as Fusion Models gets the resin spaceship parts cast-up for us.

Heavy Gear Blitz! Peace River & NuCoal Plastic Miniatures

New miniatures to expand the Heavy Gear Blitz! range with new models for the Peace River and NuCoal factions.

The Utopia, Peace River & NuCoal plastic injection molds have been assembled and are now in testing by the manufacturer. They did the test pops of the plastic robot sprues this week and took photos, which we are sharing with this update. They have shipped off the samples of all the test pop robot sprues to Montreal and we expect them here the end of this week. We’ll then check them out, noting all the issues we spot, put them together to test the parts fit and do some test painting as well. Its important to note that these are test pops of the plastic sprues made by the injection mold manufacturer to find issues and get them fixed before delivery of the molds. You will see some parts (arms, legs, etc.) have dimpling on the sides as not enough plastic made it into the parts cavity and the gates to these parts will need to be enlarged and new test pops done. This is all part of the manufacturing process, once they have our comments on these test pops they will make fixes to the molds and then do more test pops to send us for our eventual approval and shipping of the molds to Canada. Where a local plastics manufacturer will pop all the plastic spures for us this summer.

Another small update today with photos we received this week of the assembled Peace River and NuCoal plastic injection molds, check them out below. Now its on to doing test pops of the plastic robot sprues and then tweaking the molds to get the sprues coming out looking great. We’ll have more updates with photos as as testing work progresses.

Heavy Gear Blitz! Utopia Armed Forces Plastic Miniatures

Miniatures to allow the Utopia forces to be used in Heavy Gear Blitz!

Fusion Models finished up the molds for the Utopian MAR-DK miniature last week and cast-up their resin parts. We assembled a walker & ground mode along with all the variant parts and then gave them to Phil to painted up and apply some of the new Utopia decals. Checkout the image below with photos of the painted MAR-DK minis of the stock model, bulwark & barrage variants, plus node upgrade from various angles.

Just another small Utopia Kickstarter update today with photos of all 6 robot mold plates. The image below shows all the robot “Side A” mold plates for the Support Armiger, Commando Armiger, Support Drones, Recce Armiger, Commando Drones, and Recce Drones. They are not shown to scale, as we had to reduce the size of some photos to get them all to fit on the page. The mold manufacturer should start assembling our 3rd Plastic Injection Mold with all the Utopia robots in the next week and then do test pops of plastic to send us to checkout and give…
